Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however, if there is no appointment slot available at that time, a nominal fee will apply.  Calling ahead to book an appointment is preferred, and will minimize delays.

Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.

*Please note*  Housecall appointments are only available during regular working hours, unless specially arranged with the Veterinarian.


Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, debit, cash, Care Credit and MediCard.

*Ask our receptionists for details on how to apply for an interest free payment plan with Care Credit!


Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
